Marketing Manager for Commercial Construction Company

Our partner is looking experienced Marketing professional to join our Birmingham Team. This role is the Manager of all marketing and reports to the Vice President of Preconstruction and the Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate will be self-starting, organized and confident in their approach to represent the company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Insights, and Google Analytics.
- Develops, completes, and submits Pre-Qualification Packages and Request for Proposals under tight deadlines.
- Assists in Business Development through research of potential project opportunities and new clients.
- Creates, updates and maintains marketing materials for the Business Development team
- Proactively maintains specific region marketing packages for the Business Development team to present to potential and existing clients.
- Manages all marketing communication, supplies, and materials both internally and externally.
- Tracks and communicates project progress to the company on a regular basis.
- Manages website content and writes all external communication material - press releases, feature articles, brochure copy, and website content
- Maintains the website through our hosting vendor and designer.
- Engage and manage third party marketing vendors.
- Plans and manages social events (i.e., industry events, Subcontractor events and holiday parties)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or related field required.
- 5-10 years of Experienced in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media.
- Must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experienced in marketing coordination or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with event planning and/or coordinating
